FIRST LEGO League Regional Competition

FIRST LEGO League students, ages 10-14, from Eastern Washington will be competing with hopes to move on to the State Championship in January. Students have researched one of the many challenges astronauts face aboard the International Space Station and will be presenting their innovation solution to volunteer judges. In the afternoon, students will also compete in the robotics portion of the competition. Each team has 2 minutes 30 seconds to score as many points as possible on the 4' by 8' board of LEGO game pieces. The robots run autonomously through prior programming designed and tested by the students. The event is free and open to all. Robot matches start at approximately 12:30.

We are still in need of judges. If you'd like to volunteer, please email
